I've lived at St. Ives now for 4 months, and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are new and in excellent condition. We have had a couple small maintenance things, as can be expected, but the maintenance staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help. They are typically here the same day, which is so wonderful. In all the other apartments I have lived in, I have had to lodge a complaint several times before the issue is address. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Sarah. They are so friendly and willing to work with the residents in any way they can. There are social events for the residents every couple months, which helps us get to know our neighbors and enjoy each other's company. The grounds are kept extremely clean, and there are smiling faces everywhere you look. If you are moving out to Dallas, there is no better place than St. Ives!!
