the last lady was crappy and lazy and didnt acre for renters. things seem to be on the way back up

Why did the apartments change Melissa and the other girls? I agree, things were getting better. They finally got pinestraw and she was cleaning up the place. I called today and there was a whole new staff there!! The girl who answered the phone didn't even known what the name of the complex is. If there is a sign of the new office staff, Lord help us!

They really messed up when they brought in the new managment company. Time will prove that. The old staff was doing their job and at least knew who the residents were and what the name of the community was. This new staff is a JOKE!!!
