I am sitting here laughing because I know that a St. Ives worker wrote that last email! I lived at St. Ives from the time that it opened until last summer when I had to move out because it was a GHETTO! Back in 2001 when it opened... it was clean, friendly, and had standards and the good people out numbered the bad! The workers were friendly and didn't throw cigarette butts in the pool!! You know who you are!!!

Now''' It is a GHETTO! I would rather live in Afghanistan amongst the caves and desert than to trust the lackies that run the St. Ives property. Here are the laundry list of complaints that I lived through for 2 years. The standards to get into this place are a joke.. so if you like to party, have the police in your parking lot every night because some redneck is working on his pickup with a chainsaw... then choose St.Ives! If you have a job and live in reality (not in Hee Haw reruns!)find a place that isn't sugar coated with a dogpoo and cat urine middle!!
-Filthy pool
-Filthy garbage cluttered breezeways
-loud neighbors who just got out of highschool and think that their crap don't stink
-no parking spaces because high school neighbors are throwing a kegger and invited all their 17 year old deliquants.
-loud train that haunts your dreams.
-moody and unintelligent managers!
-drivers that don't care about the safety of people walking to the tennis courts or silver comet.
-obnoxious kids with even more obnoxious parents.
-etc....
I wish I could list all of the stupid crap that I had to deal with while living at St. Ives (and no I NEVER owed them money!!!), but this website would shut down with all the content!
I was a great tenant for two years and I got nothing out of it.... Hopefully this will help people not make the same mistake as I did!! Luckily I am out and living in a new apartment where I am much happier!
