St. Ives used to be a nice place but has gone steadily downhill over the last three years. Poor (and unfriendly) management continues to be a problem. It is located in a nice area, especially if you are near the trees and walking path, but that does not make up for its shortcomings. The constuction is below average, noise is above average, and maintenance is average. They try hard but seem overwhelmed by the increasing problems in poorly-constructed buildings (which were built just a few years ago, too).
