I agree that it's a so-so place to live. The children in the neighborhood and subdivision next to the apartment complex are rude and unruly. The public schools and staff are raw material for "you could be a redneck" jokes. I removed my child and put him in private school after two months. So if you have school age children, beware.

The apartments are large, but so is the dog poop that's everywhere! Plastic bags and garbage bags are provided throughout the property for owners to use to clean up after their dogs, but to no avail.

It's unfortunate, because I do like our apartment. It's very comfortable and spacious for our family. Also, I've always received a prompt whenever I've had a service request. Example: My heat went out at 2:30am on a very cold night. Someone came and fixed it by 3:00am. Other places I've lived you have to call several times and wait 2-3 hours for an emergency call.
