St. Ives has good helpful people in the office. However theyhave bizzar ways of handling things. They will send letters out about dog waste. Yet they won't refill the bags to pick up the dog waste. The children in the complex are loud and I am constantly worried that one of them while yelling and running and throwing their bikes down are going to damage my car. The complex is now over run with thugish individuals who stand out side smoking pot and talking so loud they can be heard in doors. St. Ives are so desperate to have people move in... they will take anyone. I don't feel safe, I won't let my kids play out side because of these thugish individuals and their kids. Absolutly no self control.
