Moved from St Ives to Sandalwood Apartments in DAllas. Safe and quiet. The management at Sandalwood does not tolerate any lottering or anyone that creates a distrubance. They enven have a local Police Sergant who lives on the property to assit with security.

YOU MUST WORK AT SANDLEWOOD RIGHT? CAUSE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT SANDLEWOOD IS WHERE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY RENT AT ST. IVES OR ALL THE OTHER "A" RATED PROPERTIES MOVE, WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN EVICTED...AND OMG HAVE YOU EVER DRIVEN THROUGH SANDLEWOOD AT NIGHT...ITS LIKE THE GHETTO...I MEAN IF YOUR WANTING SOME METH OR SOMETHING GO SANDLEWOOD...THATS WHERE YOU CAN BUY IT AT

Actually at ANY apt. complex you are going to have riff raff. I don't care what you pay per month in rent drugs are a norm. at ALL apt. complexes. This is what happens unfortunately when you rent in an apt. complex. As much as you pay to rent these apt's you could rent a nice home somewhere in Paulding co.
