Me and my wife were looking for a apartment in febuary, we saw this place the apperance is nice home is quiet spacious and everything was clean, in the show aptment that is, we signed the lease in febuary with the move in date of febuary 3ed with the move in date of march the 11th we were told what apartment we were going to move into, but the lady told us it was not ready to move into yet and we could not see it, we told here as soon as we can we would like to see it, she agreed. during the time (over a month) wee keep watching the apartment and nothing was done untill 3 days prior to move in day, we were told we could move in at 8 am when the office oppened then later called back and was told 2 pm then 3 pm and when we arived at 3 pm was told it may be a few days longer, they were still cleaning the apartment, when we threw a fuss she agreed we could move in that day, we already had electric water and sewage turned on in our name that day, when we walked in our apartment what little carpet was there was black not brown(it was just cleaned by a professional who told us this carpet is not reccomended for use it needed to be replaced) cabnet dorrs were missing only half of the stove was there and did not work, windows painted open and nailed open, tub was really nasty it use to be tan but was a mixture of black mold and mildue with a side of maggots, this aprtment was so discusting, when we went back to the office she offered another apt, to keep us happy, when we saw the other apartment it was beautyfull new carpet and all, very nice, me and my wife agreed, note we had to pay for the utilitys to be transfered, late delivery on the new furniture and moving van. but what elses could we do, we settled in ourt aparment at 1 am that night thanks to them. but now we are in what we thought is a nice aprtment we found out the walls are paper thin we can hear our neighbors poop in the next room that is how thin they are, our diswasher leeaks when called mainance they said it is normal. we keept the documentation of that for when we move out, and the mexican maintance man we saw steel from us on the back porche while i was watching him and he saw me. when i told the office and stated i wanted my stuff back the lady told me she had no control over it and i need to talk to him about it, that is not my situation he works for them, i am going to file a police report today about it. this place may seem nice and i admit some of these homes are but trust me a card bord box is a better place to live than here
