The management and other staff are very nice. The rent is reasonable. Noise is a serious problem, especially for 1 bedrooms on the ground level. The stairs are attached to the outside wall so you hear EVERY TIME someone goes up or down the stairs. (most of the time it sounds like they are falling). The majority of the children here are left to play outside, sometimes well after dark, always unsupervised. If anyone is watching the youngest ones it may be an older sibling. All of the children are very loud. The fact that they are unsupervised has always gotten to me. I have been here about a year and a half. They started construction on the outsides of the buildings the month i moved in. They have so far completed 1 whole building and several pieces of others.
