Too Little For the Money

The maintenance staff took 4 months from the initial call of a problem to address that there were problems. Several damages to the apartment, including the door to the hot water heater were never fixed. The playground is right in the middle of the woods and is inconveniently located. There is a very small exercise facility, but the apartment complex does not have a discounted agreement with local health club facilities. Apartments are hard to move in and out of. Too many hedges. It's hard to have a clear view to some of the entrances. Probably reason for low crime is the apartments are well-hidden from the main roads.
On the bright side, the office staff smiles alot and they will give you a "deal" if you move to a partially sub-ground level apartment with a view of railroad ties.
