It really is OK - The outside of the buildings isn't all that pretty, maintenance takes FOREVER to come fix anything, the apartments are poorly insulated, and there are roaches. BUT the location is great, literally across the street from I20 and a few minutes away from 285, 5 minutes away from downtown Decatur and only about 10 minutes away from downtown ATL.
