Adair Oaks Apartments

Older buildings, built in the '60's I think, but well maintained. Generally quiet with lots of families. Animal friendly, no size limit, either. Set back from a quiet street, surrounded mostly by small houses. Walkable distance to downtown Decatur, and there's a neighborhood bar just down the street on Dekalb Ave. The manager is great, very friendly and willing to help. Big kitchens, gas appliances.
My boyfriend lived here before we moved in together, we spent a year in a "luxury" apt in midtown, then we moved back.

I'm calling out this post. It sounds EXACTLY like another ad I saw for this same complex!!! It tells nothing of the experience and only describes the area. Ignore this rating!!!
