I miss Grayson

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
If my job hadn't taken me away from Atlanta, I would still be living at Grayson Park.
The layout of the apartment was great (a surprising amount of storage space for a 1 bedroom) and the little touches - built in desk and bookcases, crown molding, big tub -made the difference.
Plus, you can't beat the location if you're dependant on MARTA for transportation.
Parking was never a problem.
It's a little weak on the aminities side of things...small pool and weight room, but the small size of the community made it so these were rarely crowded plus it had a neighborhood feel.
There was a mix up with management about my move-in and the apt hadn't been cleaned or inspected, but that has happened to me since and the Grayson people definitely handled it much better.
...If I could find that exact apartment here, I'd move in in a heartbeat.
