I have only lived here for about 2 months now going on 3 months and well that apartment is rather nice.
Staff is awfully friendly and the neighbors are respectful and the community is amazing! I have yet to expereince bad things--manitenance comes pretty quick when a request has been placed in.
The walls are super thick so you cannot hear your next door neighbor and can turn your music up loud without being heard unless you are literaly walking by the door.
It is a gated community.
Panic button in each rooms and alarm systems in each apartment unit.
It is a very college community considering agnes scott college and columbian theology school are right next door.
If you are look for a place that is literally in the center of all things ATL, then consider Avery Glen.
You wil not regret you time here.
I have only been here for a short perios of time, but being able to walk to each location and have everything soo close to me including a marta station is a plus if I never want to take my car!!
Awesome place Avery Glen--u are in the heart and compelation of individuals!! Security police drives around ever night too!!
