Great place to live

I've been living at Avery Glen for the past 1.5 years and it has been very nice. The past instances where I've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff took care of the problem right away and even came on a Saturday within an hour of my calling when my refrigerator stopped working (the leasing office is closed on the weekends). Occasionally there is an Agnes Scott police officer in his car near the entrance. The property feels safe. I never feel unsafe when I walk my dog late at night. The property is within walking distance to Decatur square and the MARTA station. The only payments I make are 1) rent, 2) electricity, 3) rental of a washer/dryer, and 4) rental insurance -- sewer and water and even cable tv/internet are all included in the rent. The cable TV and internet are probably close to $100 worth, but are free at Avery Glen. During the summer, I feel there are less tenants around, maybe about half of the tenants are Agnes Scott students. The complex is quiet and pleasant to look at with the landscaping. The units are pretty standard for an apartment (not luxury apartments, but are still very nice). I think Avery Glen is wonderful for the area and all the included amenities.
