I lived in these apartments for 1 year. I begin to regret signing the lease about the third week. When I first did a walk through with the staff the hallways were clean and everything was working. Just after a month I notice the tenant were too lazy to take their trash out so they would put it in the hallway by the doors. Then I notice the kids ran around the complex unsupervised destroying the property. They would kick holes into the drywall. Some kind of way, they tore the rail on the stair off. And by the way, I reported every thing to the Office but it still didn t get fixed till after I called the Corporate Office. Inside the apartment was just as bad. I had to call the Office About 2 to 3 times before they would fix things. Thank God I didn t have a water bill here, because my toilet just would run water, I called to have it fix, but instead of fixing the toilet they patch it up and they thing would start back running a couple of days later. Another thing was the roaches. The year that I was there, my apartment was spread about 10 times. The major problem for me was safety. was 2 shot out while I was their. An apartment was raided while I was their. I can t remember how many fights I saw I would guess 2 to 3 fights a month. Domestic, Criminal, and Civil Activity was a major problem. I would suggest to every one DO NOT MOVE HERE. especially with KIDS.
