Vehicle breakins. Apartment breakins. Dirty grounds. Mold in and out of buildings. Broken ammenities. Courtesy officer ignores pages. Simple maintenance request go unattended for months on end while the maintenance crew works on female resident's cars and give kids joy rides on company golf cart. Pool water was green all summer. Unfriendly office personnel (2). Ant infestations inside and out. Bee infestations at pool. Broken locks and fences at pool area.

These are but a few little issues.
We're out of here as soon as our lease is up.

They should change the sign out front to "Carriage Place Slums"
