Things have gotten much better since I've moved into Carriage Place! The new manager who has been here over one year has made many improvements to the community including new, brighter lighting and a night time courtesy patrol. The Dekalb County police dept seem to be driving through on a regular basis. I am enjoying it so much that I just signed my 3rd renewal! After checking surrounding apts, Carriage Place is a much better value for the money. I have recommended Carriage Place to several co workers who also enjoy it here.

hello this palace to horrible the manger is very rude they lie everything in this apartment this palace have a lot of roaches and its very loud at night time thanks I would not recommend this palace to anyone

THIS PLACE SUCKS NO ONE PICKS UP THE OFFICE PHONE THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD AND THE MAINTENCE IS REALLY BAD TOO THANKS PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE IT IS HORRIBLE PLACE SPECIALLY THE MANGER HER NAME IS CHELLE TRUST ME

I have to agree. Not a good place to live. We're moving out in February. We found a house. But they said they would replace our stove and carpet and gave it to us in writing. Nothing. They even lost our rent check and used an old check, that had already been cashed, took money out of our account. Yes, that's illegal! The old management was a lot better. Don't rent from Connor Group!! Horrible customer service!!
