Terrible. Just Terrible.

This place is just plain terrible. The maintentence guys lie to the apartment manager about jobs they don't complete. Good luck getting ANYTHING fixed in any sort of timely manner. And just so everyone knows, you pay for an apartment and in the contract it says you are entitled to full use of the apartment and all of its amenities, I have yet to see that fulfilled. My dishwasher is from 1989, seriously. It falls out of the slot every time I open it. The fridge, also from 1989, has a badly damaged seal, I'm suprised it keeps my food cold. The roaches, oh the roaches. Lets just say they have reached an all time critical mass. The water damage, left a hole in my ceiling, which has still yet to be fixed (I asked for it to be fixed about 6 months ago and remind them every time i go into the front office.) SERIOUSLY GUYS AND GALS: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unless you enjoy extremely awful living conditions at a hefty price. You couldn't pay me to live here.
