During the year we lived there, we had a flood in our bedroom, a break-in from the bedroom window, kids spitting at me for no reason. Our friend got his car stolen at gun point at 9pm in the parking lot right next to the leasing office. When they started renovations (right after we renewed our lease, but they never warned us), workers would come in with 1 day or less notice to check the place (about 20 times total), replace kitchen cabinets, add a water heater, do some electrical wiring, change windows. Our friend's cell phone got stolen by one of the workers. At the end, we didn't feel safe anymore and had to leave. Everything started after management changed. It was a bad experience.
