I've lived here since 5/06 and must say that this apartment complex has it's ups and downs.
Ups...they have recently hired on a new security company to patrol the grounds...since the last ones were either sleep or MIA. The new company that just bought both complexes...don't know them that well yet...but was told that some new appliance upgrades were being arranged.
Downs...they have a problem with keeping track of payments. I've paid on time and get letters sent to me by security about "They've notice my ____ month rent hasn't been received". Also, the maintenance dept is slow at fixing things still. I have requests from March '07 that haven't been looked at and a light bulb out in the stairway.
Other than that, it is quite, with the normal niehbors noises, and fights...but that is better than the soaps in the afternoon. LOL
