This is a bad choice I have ever made. I'm a single mother that was looking for a cheap, affordable and in the area place to live. During this time Colony Ridge was managed by someone else different.This place was manage by my sister friend.Also my sisters (both) had an place there. So I felt this was an okay area plus my sister stayed there. knowing what I know now I wouldn't make that mistake ever again. This place has roaches (big and small)everywhere. You couldn't cook without turning your head. In your pot, In your bedroom,BATHROOM and EVEN in your kids room. This place is nasty. No matter how many time they sprayed or me using bleach they wouldn't leave.We have had several law enforcement(dekalb police and security guard) no one would stay for a long time. (THIS IS CRAZY). I finally move (THANK YOU GOD FOR THAT BLESSING) It's not always easy to move when you a single mom, I know i was there for three long years. Did have okay people that live around and some bad. What the point of doing a back ground checks when still getting people straight out the jail cell. This apartment need true help. And not to mention that nasty butt of an assistant manager that still up there.I could talk to her in a calm voice and she would still get nasty, no good customer service what so ever.I wish I would've found this site when i was living there and hope this would bring about change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
