When we signed a lease here it was a Post property and we expected it to stay that way! The new management here is irresponsible and dissapointing. They lost my rent check one month, and also managed to mis-apply part of my roommates pet deposit, causing me hours of hassles in trying to help THEM get their books straightened out. They still owe us about $30 bucks that I am sure we will never see. The gate to our gated complex is always broken, they write maintenance calls on sticky notes and lose them. They sent someone out to resurface my bathtub and it started peeling about a week later, making it impossible to use. We pay way too much for the quality of the management here.
