Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Poor management and incompetent,lazy staff. Active train tracks adjacent to the property, one run appears to be scheduled between 11:30 pm - 1:00 a.m nightly. Continued problems with mold, bacteria and rodents.
Should have moved when Post Properties sold the property to the ZOM (Zero on Management)
