The Conservatory at Druid Hills is a complete JOKE of an apartment complex. It is absolutely horrible. I had a GIANT RAT (length of my forearm and as wide as a shoe) dying in my floor, and management did NOTHING. They were slow about getting Pest Control into my apartment, and did not believe me when I told them about the size of the rat. Pest Control finally arrived 5 hours after I had placed the initial complant, and then somehow let a dying rat escape. I was told to come back and live in my aptartment until four days later when Pest Control could come back! Finally late that night (after fighting with managment all day) the maintence man called me saying he had seen the rat and he finally believed me.

Once the rat was disposed of, management continued to come in and out of my apartment without my knowledge, and I continued to find rat traps in the middle of my floor (placed there without my knowledge) with rat poop in them. During the time when management was coming in and out of my apt I would find bottels of pasta sauce spilled on my furnitre, and the lights in my bed room left on.

Also many times the gates were not working, during a storm the gate electricity was thrown out, and the gates wouldn't work, everyone had to park in the small lot outside. Cars were double parked and it was chaos. There was no number to call because it was a weekend, so there was nothing we could do.

Also they left the gates not working for 2 months, during which they managed to get a fancy new sign for the complex put up, but when it came to caring for the security of the complex they were completely lax.

DO NO MOVE HERE!
