My roommate and I have lived here 2 years. Originally it was managed by Post, and it was ok. But ZOM took over and they are rude, the gate never works (I have seen the aarm come down on two cars), we have roaches, mold is growing from the ceiling in the bathrooms, and the dumpster is always surrounded by trash and large peices of furniture. Last August, they towed many residents cars to marietta to do some pavement sealing, at the owner's expense. They wouldn't even tell us where our cars were. We had to flag down a truck to find out where they were being taken. Meanwhile the management staff stood in the leasing office laughing! I hate it here. I can't wait to move.

Yeah, I remember when they towed cars to do the resurfacing. I moved my car when they were doing our area. I guess you and the others didn't read the letter they stuck in your door. Next time you probably should. It would save a lot of headache.
