I've been here through Post and Zomi and had bad experiences (like yellowjackets in my walls for months)but under Lane things are definitely improving. In more than 2 yrs I've only seen rats by the dumpsters; there's been serious recent attention to roaches (which only infested one building, to my knowledge); and the staff go out of their way to be nice, generous and fair. The trees here are amazing! There was an owl outside my window yesterday.

That is all lies, and probably it was written for someone related to the admisntration.
