If you have the option of living elsewhere,I suggest you take it for many reasons:
1) Poor maintenence of gym equipment. The treadmills are always broken.
2) Needless to say, there seem to be more young student-types moving in with late-night parties even during workdays. If this is your thing, then I guess it is an improvement.
3) The pool is poorly maintained, unless you like swimming in a lot of debris.
4) There has also been several reported cars stolen in the complex.
