This place is a real dump, rude management, poor maintenance. Avoid at all costs, its just not worth the headache of being here. Late for a day in paying rent - a single day - busy at work - I come home to find a letter stuck in the door "Demanding" rent and threatening eviction. Cars get stolen in this "gated" community. The only happy things around here are the rats which run around the streets.
