This place is like the McDonalds of Apartment Complexes. Rent is high, apartments small and they continue to raise the rates. And you ask them about it and they bring out the company forms. How do you think I ended up on this site.

Please, stay away, I will pay part of your rent at another place.

They are lucky that the area is pretty nice and close proximity to alot of places in town. I would have moved a long time ago.

Luckily I haven't been messed around too much, but if I am, I will clearly look over my lease and possibly go after them in small claims court.
