The only reason I'm writing this because, I was promised so much only to find out after a year that they were all lies to get me to live here, I thought I asked all the right questions. The only thing I did not do is get It on paper from MANAGEMENT...

I WAS TOLD OF SEVERAL UPGRADES AND STILL NOTHING WHATS GOING ON WITH THESE PROMISES LIKE THE POOL,APPLIANCES UPGRADES,DOG PARK,NEW FITNESS EQUIPMENT,RESIDENT BUSINESS CENTER AND BRIGHTER LIGHTS WHAT A DARK PLACE..SCARY

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE APPLIANCES IN THE MODEL VIEW YOUR APARTMENT BECAUSE WHAT I GOT FOR ABOUT 900 DOLLARS A MONTH WAS A 1980 APARTMENT

I WILL BE MOVING SOON, I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU PLAN YOUR MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY.

THESE APATMENTS JUST NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED INSIDE JUST LIKE THE MODEL AND THIS WILL BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE AND BE WORTH THE 900 A MONTH..BYE AND GOOD LUCK

PROPERTY MANAGER'S RESPONSE: As I promised in a previous posting, I will try to respond to all comments with honesty and sincerity. We are in the process of all the upgrades the resident mentioned: -The pool work has been postponed until Atlanta recovers from the draught (the pool must be drained in order to resurface the pool bottom and replace the pool tile and coping); but on a positive note, the pool was open all summer without any issues -We are currently budgeted for an appliance replacement program, meaning we are allotted a certain number of appliances that must be replaced each month; many have already been replaced and eventually all appliances in every unit will be upgraded (as seen in the model) -The dog park is currently being done and will be completed by Dec. 15th; come check it out then! -The new fitness center equipment will be purchased in February 2008 -The new business center will be completed in March 2008. -We have installed lights where it has been brought to our attention that the lighting is poor. I will also ask our courtesy officer to reevaluate the property's lighting condition so we can address any areas that may be of concern. I invite the resident that posted this comment to contact me so we can discuss these issues in further detail, such as the possibility of upgrading appliances and to point out the specific areas that have poor lighting.
