Incompetent Maintenance Crew

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Everything has been fine, aside from the constantly broken gate, robberies, broken AC for 3 months that has been looked at 6 times by our wonderful maintenance department, rat infestation near the dumpster, roach infestation in our building...yeah other than that everything has been great.
