I have lived here for 8 months, in building 3457, and also once lived in Woodland Hills (next door). I have been very happy living here, especially with the service. For example, when my dryer broke, I asked for a referral and they sent their own maintenance person free of charge. He fixed it even though it was not his responsibility and refused to take payment for his time. Most of my neighbors are professionals who are friendly and make no noise whatsoever. There are children in the building, but again, no noise. When I first moved in, there were a few things that needed repaired, but the maintenance people fixed them quickly. When I have needed anything, the Apartment Manager, Beth, has been nothing but warm, cordial, and helpful in every possible way. Even when I am frustrated by a problem, I am treated respectfully and politely by the staff. I highly recommend this facility, especially for individuals who have lived at Woodland Hills or are considering Woodland Hills.
