I moved here in October 2006. Things were great at first, but as time progressed, I noticed a certain caliber of people that I felt uneasy around. The property is loud. The hoochie chicks in the buildings located towards the back like to fight. The person upstairs over me work for the company and they have no respect when it comes to noise. Shooting happened July 4th right by my building. I was almost caught in the middle because I had just got home. People came in and tried to steal someone vehicle over a week ago and had guns. This was right outside my bedroom/bathroom wall. I have spoken with the property manager, and the regional property manager(even got off work early to go to corporate office). They fed me a bunch of bull. Manager ain't worth a pot to..well you know. Go somewhere else. These apts are too high to have this much crime. They are brand new and have had several crimes happen in less than 10 months. I wished I never moved here. I am getting out of my lease early because it is just too much for me to bare. Only come here if you like rowdy, wild, young people.

Are you also aware that you have a convicted felon in your complex(328). Are criminal background checks done on reseidents?
