I moved into CreekSide Vista in July of this year, I have only been there for three months and I am breaking my lease. The management staff is very unprofessional. Someone bropke into my car and they seemed to careless about it. The apartments re brand new, but I would not advise anyone to move there if you don't like the GHETTO!!!!

I hate Creekside Vista, please do not move here if you have anything of value. I agree with the other person it is so GHETTO. There are so many young adults walking around at night with nothing to do. Can you say loud music at 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning. This is not the neighborhood for striving and working ambitious adults. Please do your research before moving into Creekside Vista.

Creekside Vista is very GHETTO. I have been here less than a year my car has been broken in twice, residents put their trash on top of their cars and it falls off on the way to the trash can and keep driving, and my apt is infeasted with roaches. It eems like the more I clean the worst the bug problem gets. Children runs up and down the stairs all day and it seems like the building is falling down. Leasing agents has no clue, they told me I can only have two children at the pool at a time when on my lease I have three children what sense do that make. They are very over priced and under very bad supervision.Needed not to say I will moving so fast when my lease up. I know they look nice but please do your reseach.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! A lot of times we receive advice about important decisions in life like should I get married, what car should I buy are these stocks a good investment.... Crestside Vista Apartments are a illusion of your imagination. They appear to well kept and leasing personal to be highly professional. Syke! They are not. Belinda, the older leasing agent, is rude, emotional driven. I mean she the type of person that will hold grudges. I mean she will smile in your face to get in the apartment but once the paper work starts and becomes aware of personal background information. She discriminates. She need to find another area to work. She lacks interpersonal skill and tact. She is very rude. The management is not organized during my processing I was force to go back&forth from Belinda to Monique. They didnt communicate with each other at all. I imagined how a resident felt with dealing with them at the first every month with payments are due. I am confortable in assuming that there plenty of account issues at Creekside Vista from the way the management allow Belinda and the other staff to conduct business. These apartments only been for a very short time but they have major problems as though they have been here 20 yrs. Please, don't be taken by this establishmet because of you situation to find a place to live. These apartments will only add to your problems, right Belinda.
