Creekside Vista

I relocated from another state to GA 3 months ago. I moved to Creekside Vista sight unseen and without using apartmentreatings.com. The communication with the leasing staff was good until I got there when I learned there were miscommunications about my lease. I was initially told that water was included within the monthly rent, but what they don't tell you is that they charge you for the rent your water usuage. So one month your bill may be higher or lower dependant on your water use.

I've had a stalker ( a neighbor who didn't understand the concept of "I'm not interested"), there's been problems with non-residents coming to the pool area starting trouble, the walls are thin in the units, people don't know how to use trash recepticles and when you put in a service request sometimes you have to do it 3 and 4 times before they come out to you.

there are young children and teens unsupervised outside and the community is LOUD. I was told by other neighbors of the violence that was there a year prior and that most of the rif-raff was evicted but I still don't see all the rif-raff evicted.

I want OUT of my lease which I signed for a year. I fear for my safety and the safety of my child. The community which is new is nice, i love the apartment, but outside neighborhood is not the greatest...prostitution on the corner, drug infested motel and no street lights.

Move elsewhere!
