Creekside is a gorgeous property especially to be out here in this area. The main people that are making all these complaints are the hoochie chicks and the ones with the noise and drama.The have a pretty good office team they get what you need when you need it.I have lived in creekside since it was built and now i have transfered to there sister property which is Edgewater Vista. They also have a excellent staff over at Edgewater.So dont listen to other people find out for yourself.

Whatever chick! Check DEKALB county police records..There was murder...a shootout..and break ins like crazy! This place resembles MENACE ii SOCIETY. Its bad kids outside cussing and poppin their booties and the office is as GHETTO as one can get...GOld teeth and broken english. You better get you a pistol and a steel bat..You are gonna need one for real!

Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinions...which I truly respect. However I agree with the young lady who stated that the apartments have quite an unfavorable reputation with the law. There is crime everywhere you go, but I do prefer that it's at a minimum or near a zero tolerable level where I reside. I've lived at Creekside since March 2007, my lease expires within a month. Things have definitely been alot more calm the last 4 months I've lived here. The first 20 months...everything imaginable took place. Murder, police officer shot, home invasion, etc...In fact on yesterday, a guy beat up his girlfriend in the parking lot in front of building 8!! My car was broken into last summer and my husband's rear window was broken out of by children playing baseball (come on people, these are apartments why are kids playing baseball in the parking lot where there are cars everywhere). The kids curse loudly, roam the apartments smoking cigarettes and marijuana. It's not the environment in which I favor to raise children in. I refuse to allow my children to play outside unsupervised. We normally take them to the park 2-4 times per week. This is why we'll be moving in a few weeks. I've failed to mention all of the other whatnots I've noticed or have seen, but I've taken up enough time as is. Choose somewhere else to live people. Had it not been a total convenience to my husband's workplace and relocation, we would not have stayed as long, but enough is enough...I have to go! So allow me to dispell any beliefs...I am definitely not ghetto nor will I ever be. I am not using section 8 housing, I pay market rate for rent and those of us who complain, obviously have something to complain about. Fair Enuff. Blackberry 22

No disrepect but I have to say Sheila you maybe wrong on this one. I think anytime you live in a complex and there is a murder that takes place and no one in informs the tenants then that constitutes a problem. I was visiting my mother who lives here and my car window was broken by the kids throwing rocks. My mother is not young, she in her mid 50's, divorced, and works (no section 8 and no disrepect to those who use it.)I've been hear and I've called the police myself on a group of guys who started a BON-FIRE on one of the large rocks thats in the complex. The complex is nice but the screening process is not good. I understand everyine needs a place to stay but this is ridiculous.
