This is a much older apartment complex. When I lived there, they would either clean the carpet if it was in good condition, or replace it. They did clean out the kitche and bathroom, and have the carpet shampooed when I moved in. When I walked through the apartment there were huge dead roaches, but of course they were gone once the carpet was cleaned. I should have looked at that as a warning, because once I moved in, there were alot of big bugs coming in. The main culprits were roaches and spiders. I think this has alot to do with the old trees that hang down, as well as the natural environment of the apartment lifestyle..you can't clean for your neighbors.
The complex is decent..not perfect, not terrible..but its okay.
