I loved living at Emory Woods because of its location and the size of the apartment for the money. There were some MAJOR reasons that did lead to my moving out that I would think anyone considering living there would want to know about:
My entire building block was infested with roaches. It got so bad that I didn't want to invite people over.
The heating and AC vents had mold growing on them.
The units are run down and the quality of the repairs/apartments is horrible.
After moving out I was charged for things in the apartment that were damaged before I moved in. Don't expect to get most of your deposit back. Definitely don't count on your pet fee counting towards anything.
