Lived here for 5 years. Never once did the carpet was cleaned or walls were painted or the 20 years ol blinds were changed by the administration. When we left, nothing was broken except for the regular wear n tear. Not got a penny back of $300 deposit. Reason told was "carpet, walls, kitchen cupboard were not clean". We kept them clean as much as possible but carpet and paint wear out with time. Besides, were we not paying the rent' The same thing happened to our next door neighbours. Our advice is DONT COME. If you really have to, on the day first, take photos of every inch. Get them printed and give one copy to the manager and keep the other. When you leave, have this evidence handy if you wish to get your deposit ($300-700) back.
