I moved into the gables in October '04...I am a young single female and my main concern when moving to a place with out roommates was to be safe. I have been so pleased with this apartment complex so far. The staff has been wonderful and not to mention the residents. I never have a problem with music being too loud or my neighbors making too much noise. Everyone seems to be considerate of the other people around them. It is always kept very clean...there is never trash in the parking lot, the pool is always clean, the fitness center is always clean, and the lawn is very well kept. Even though the community is not gated I never see anyone suspicious roaming around and I haven't heard of anyone having any problems due to crime related issues. The only complaint I have is that it is pricy, but you definately get what you pay for!
