Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!

I moved here in the fall of 2003 and I absolutely loved living here. The location was perfect, the townhome I leased was fabulous, and the staff was ever so professional. I had a two-bedroom Riddick townhome (end unit). It had plenty of space: double garage, large kitchen, high ceilings with crown moulding, ceramic tile flooring in the entry, powder room and kitchen, and spacious bedrooms/closets.
The community was great and because it is close to Emory University, there were some students renting that got kind of loud occasionally with parties in the street. The police were there to address this quickly so it didn't get out of hand. This was by far the nicest place I have rented in Atlanta. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking.
The prices weren't too high compared to other apartments I checked out, but might be a little high for someone trying to save money. I paid $1200 for that 3-story townhome that was a little under 2000 sq. ft. I have since rented an apartment that barely reached 1100 sq. ft. that was one level and had no garage and I paid $ 1140 for that!!
