this property was one of the higher priced properties that I looked at when on my apartment hunch, but I am happy to pay a little more for quality. I live in one of the town homes which allows me to have a large private garage. I have lived here since 2003 and am currently moving only because I am purchasing a home.
I would highly recommend this apartment complex. My maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly and I am always greeted by the staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Of course there always has to be a negative and here it would have to be the parking. If you live in a town home its fine because you have a garage, but there is really very little guest parking as most of the outside parking is for the residents without a garage.
