Townhomes here are awesome. The living experience greatly differs whether you live in a townhome or a apartment.

However Parking is a joke here.
Especially in the weekends, you often find yourself parking on the curb. They have given out parking tags, but I don't think I have seen a single car get towed.
There are more townhomes than apartments, and most townhomes come with either 1 or 2 car garage, which is seldome used by its residents who prefer to use it as a storage.

Also this is not a gated community and random people can come in and out as much as they please.


The location is absolutely prime. Supermarkets, Bars, Gas stations, school, hospitals, etc. most things that you can ask for are right around the corner.

The big difference in living experience here seriously depends on whether you live in an apartment or a townhome. The apartments are nothing to brag home about, except the office which is a very nice touch compared to a sunroom in other places. You get a parking garage with a townhome, while there are no guaranteed spots when you live in an apartment. Townhomes are the way to go here. Significantly quieter than apartments, especially if you have kids. If you simply want an apartment I suggest you go to archstone or even Calibre which gives you similar size apartments without getting headaches from parking and the gate.

The ratings are for the apartments except for maintenance which I believe will be the same for both apartment and townhomes. Townhomes get a 5 in almost everything except for maybe safety because of the lack of a gate.
