Lived here for 3 years 2003-6. Initially, I loved it. Lots of young professionals, P&Q, close to work, great staff that enforced all the rules and looked after the property. However, managerial staff started to turn over rapidly and less and less attention to rules and details was readily observable. When I left a new management team had seemed to stop the rot, but not before some trying times: beer pong in the parking lot, undergrads vomiting in the breezeways, inconsiderate immature neighbors making noise 24/7. I'd live there again, if they've got the kids under control.
