Decent location, a little pricey

Gables Montclair is a relatively new property. It is a mix of townhomes and apartments. The location is choice, less than a mile from Emory (Emory shuttle stops one block away), a Publix supermarket a block away and numerous low-mid price range restaurants across the street. They are responsive to repair requests. One downside is that it is chock full of Emory undergraduates with daddy's money (lexuses, mercedes & BMWs with undergraduate parking tags) who do not act their age. They can't seem to open the trash compactor door and just drop the trash in front, sometime they are a bit loud on the weekends, and they abuse the parking by using their townhome garages for storage, leaving their cars out in the common lot. Parking is a bit tight. This last year Gables started cracking down by inspecting garage use, re-issuing parking tags ($500 if you loose it), and towing cars without Gables tags (pure schadenfreude to watch). Overall a nice place to live and If I had to would choose it again. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
