I lived in gables montclair for 2 years as an undergrad at Emory. The management was good, but they will be tricky when it comes to the lease, so make sure you get a copy. Overall it was a good experience, despite the apartments being fairly pricey. If you don't want to deal with undergrads I suggest not living there. Some older folks with families did not seem to understand that living near the Emory campus in nice apartments would attract undergraduate students....overall a good experience though
