I am here a year now, just renewed. And I just found this site, I cant believe what these people are writing about it. These are obviously people that had a random underlying issue! It's not that bad. I mean dang, we ARE in decatur right'! People need to stop having "Buckhead taste" with "Bankhead money" ! I'm sick of people always trying to get over.

Anyways, the property is kept up well, and the management staff is "off the chain". They showed me compassion, and are very professional ladies to work with. Take my word for it, just go see for yourself. :)

I have no underlying issues with Highland pointe and have been a residence for about 2 yrs. I have seen many changes in that time and although the property may be nice and the management "off the chain", this place has a serious crime issue. I witnessed a shooting outside my window about a month ago. I am to the point that I get nervous stepping outside of my front door. People are always hanging out and it is just simply out of control. Diffeent people have different experiences, its not because they have buckhead taste, per say. I am glad you enjoy living here. as for me, when my lease is up I am planning to move someplace safer for me and my family. Blessing to you

I have a strong suspicion that Queen Bee is an employee. I was thinking of moving here from another Miles Properties community. I have read reviews on several of the Miles Properties communities and they are all the same. No one or a small few have good things to say. And all of the complaints are the same including my review of Highland Landing. Violence, Crime, Poor customer service, Poor maintenance, and an overall bad experience. If you have found "home and peace" in one of these communities, more power. Either you are the exception, have low expectations, or you belong. Whatever the reason, I have to say congratulations. Because not many can find comfort in a Miles Properties community.
