Our rent increased 9% (a little extreme b/c we always pay on time and are good tenants) when we renewed our lease. For a newer apartment complex and living on the top floor, we have water stains. Cars have been broken into and I think someone's motorcycle was stolen once. Parking is ample and covered which is nice for winter mornings. The pool is in the middle of the complex... so many nights when a drunken idiot feels like going for a swim at 4AM EVERY apartment facing the pool will hear them. Hello, some of us do work on Tuesdays!! The new management sucks at life- they are the main reason we are leaving... besides the fact that our rent will go up another 10.9%. The gym's lone treadmill hasnt worked in over 6 months and my towel bar has managed to fall off the wall 4 times. There is a homeless couple who lives on the street right in front of the complex with a shopping cart- pretty scary!... But I have lived in worse.....
