I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about. My loft is great! I had a leak around the balcony door, but they fixed it ASAP. Zack is awesome and genuinely cares about the residents. He even helped me assemble my crazy IKEA sofa. The location is quiet and in walking distance to the Decatur Square. Careful, you'll eat a lot of Fellini's when you live here!
